We don't need to do great things. Instead, we should try to do small things with great love.

Special Health& Spirit Lunch: Jia's Sabbatical: 12:00p -1:30pm - Please RSVP It has been great fun heading up the Health and Spirit Circle these last 6 years. Sitting in the inner-sanctum of the library each month with a group of like-minded people has felt much like sharing the very best of an extended family but without the baggage. I have found the experience to be deeply rewarding and fulfilling and certainly received much more wisdom and insight than I dispensed.
But the time has come to take a break - a sabbatical, if you like - to refresh, renew and recalibrate before embarking on the next phase of my career. Before I became a house-holder 27 years ago, I used to routinely take to the open road for inspiration and am doing so once again.
