Forgiveness is a shift in perception which removes a block to the awareness of Love's presence. To not forgive is akin to drinking a little poison each day and expecting the other person to die. Forgiveness is a cleansing of our mental field. It cleanses misperceptions and puts us in a higher vibration.
We have the power to charge every experience with an opinion and decide “this is good, or this is not good." When we claim something is not good, we have simply removed ourselves from the opportunity to transform that experience, claim its good and use that good as a lever for our ever-upward movement in the spiral of becoming.

Cranial-Sacral Therapy (CST): is a gentle hands-on method of applying subtle adjustments to the cranial bones, it's membranes, the spine and sacrum. This therapy involves assessing and addressing the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid, which sometimes can become restricted by trauma to the body. Trauma can happen through accidents, falls or even general nervous tension. The intent of CST is to release restrictions in and improve the function of the central nervous system by optimizing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. CST also seeks to restore misaligned bones to their proper position. This therapy is particularly useful to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines and any chronic nervous condition. Most people find it deeply restorative.
