She holds a degree in Reiki and a certificate in medical massage. Thea received her Cranial-Sacral training through a 525 hour certification program; studying both Biodynamic and Upledger techniques. In 2010 Thea completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training program with Boundless Yoga Center and teaches yoga both privately and in group classes.

Cranial-Sacral Therapy (CST): is a gentle hands-on method of applying subtle adjustments to the cranial bones, it's membranes, the spine and sacrum. This therapy involves assessing and addressing the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid, which sometimes can become restricted by trauma to the body. Trauma can happen through accidents, falls or even general nervous tension. The intent of CST is to release restrictions in and improve the function of the central nervous system by optimizing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. CST also seeks to restore misaligned bones to their proper position. This therapy is particularly useful to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines and any chronic nervous condition. Most people find it deeply restorative.

Amy’s passion for the healing arts started early, always being a nurturing helper to people in whatever way possible. From mid-teens Amy realized the importance of nutrition & preventive, natural cures. Through years of working in the chiropractic, acupuncture & herbal medicine world, Amy started to see that every illness started by something being off in their energy field. Now she loves spreading the knowledge of how maintaining a clear & healthy energetic body, you can save yourself built up toxic stress which causes pain & diseases. Amy started out her healing career 6 years ago at Phychic Horizons Center in Atlanta studying various energetic clearing techniques. After moving to Boulder Amy got certified in Reiki, healing touch, and quantum touch and can’t wait to help as many people get balanced to live their most fulfilling life!

Reiki is a Japanese healing art founded by Dr. Mikao Usui. During a session the pure flow of energy is realigned within the body. It washes down, clearing obstructions and strengthening the flow of energy. The purpose of a session is to support healing. This is the benefit of receiving Reiki energy. Although it is impossible to predict a definitive outcome, all illnesses, conditions, and dis-eases can be helped with Reiki, whether physical, mental, emotion-related, or spiritual. Aromatherapy as well as healing stones placed on chakras will be used while in the reiki session. Benefits may include mental clarity, pain relief, deep relaxation, decreased stress levels, and improved sleep, among countless other possible advantages.
